Employee Handwashing After Assisting a Child with Toileting
A caregiver was changing diapers/pull-ups wearing gloves. The caregiver did not change gloves or wash hands. This was corrected at the inspection when the inspector informed her before she continued.
Children Handwashing After Toileting or Diapering
The children had not washed hands after having the diaper/pull up changed. This was corrected at the inspection when the inspector informed the director and caregiver.
