0.26 high-risk violations per inspection, against a county median of 0.60. Lower is better.
Better than 74 out of 100 daycares in Harris County, and 73 out of 100 across the Houston metro. Rate, not raw count, because a center inspected 19 times will always have more findings on paper than one inspected twice.

Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
During the walkthrough I observed a loose water hose on the playground. I observed broken concrete/bricks in the children's playground area. Corrected: When the maintenance representative properly wrapped the water hose up and removed the bricks from the playground area.
Measurement of Use Zone for Stationary Equipment
This standard was evaluated in regards to a self report and compliance was not met. The use zone for the monkey bars is not measuring 6 feet in all areas from the perimeter.
Safety - Bodies of Water Inaccessible to Children
A pond in the play area for children does not have a barrier to prevent access to children. The pond is 2-3 feet high, enclosed in brick and a child could easily climb into it. All bodies of water must be inaccessible to children.
