How it compares in Harris County

0.33 high-risk violations per inspection, against a county median of 0.60. Lower is better.

Better than 66 out of 100 daycares in Harris County, and 65 out of 100 across the Houston metro. Rate, not raw count, because a center inspected 36 times will always have more findings on paper than one inspected twice.

During the investigation it was discovered that the operation failed to accurately document all known information regarding a situation that placed a child at risk. Therefore, the Licensing Incident/Illness Report Form was incomplete and did not accurately document the circumstances known to the operation.
